FAQs

1. What if I’m unable to download the product after I pay for it?
IRS Success will send you the product you purchased directly via email.

2. What if I don’t know how to use the product or have questions?
IRS Success provides step-by-step, user-friendly instructions with each product as well as customer assistance via email.

3. Do you provide refunds?
IRS Success does not provide refunds for digital products that cannot be returned. However, we will resolve any customer issues with the product or provide a discount.

4. What if I want to add another Schedule or Form to the product I already purchased, do I need to purchase a new form?
IRS Success will either provide a discount for the remaining amount of a product that includes all the desired forms or schedules, or the passcodes to unlock additional forms or schedules.

5. How soon do you respond to customer requests or questions?
IRS Success responds to all customer communications within 48 hours.

6. What form does the product take when I download it?
All IRS Success products are downloaded as a zip file for ease of portability. The products are then unzipped to access and open one Excel document.

7. Are all Federal Tax Forms contained within one Excel file/document?
Yes. All IRS Success forms and schedules are contained within one Excel document. Each form is a separate tab within one Excel document. When using more than one form or schedule, they are linked for inter-form calculations.

8. Do you provide tax advice, preparation or filing services?
No. IRS Success is not a tax pre-parer and does not offer advice or filing services.  For all tax-related questions, please contact the IRS, an accountant or tax attorney.

9. Can I request a Federal Tax Form or Schedule that’s not currently sold by IRS Success?
Yes. IRS Success customizes forms upon request for an additional fee.

10. Can I request that the Federal Tax Forms be linked to my Household budget and/or my Business budget?
Yes. IRS Success customizes forms upon request for an additional fee.

11. What if one of the links is not working?
IRS Success tests all products for performance and accuracy before sending. If something is not working, we will either fix it or send you a new product.

12. What if the calculations are not working correctly?
